The configurations below are planning illustrations, not photographs or descriptions of delivered customer projects. Equipment scope and throughput remain to be determined from verified inputs.
Example A: new single-species facility
Arrange animal entry, process stages, inspection, by-product routes and chilling as one continuous planning exercise. Review utilities and drainage before fixing machine locations.
Example B: existing building upgrade
Map existing columns, levels, rail supports and retained equipment. Identify transfer gaps, cleaning access and cold-room interface before proposing new stations.
Example C: staged equipment procurement
Define the complete process and reserve the interfaces first. Equipment can then be discussed in groups without leaving incompatible rail, utility or working-height connections.
For a relevant illustration, send a dimensioned site plan and the intended process route through the contact page.
