Pig slaughter line installation and equipment references

Compare pig carcass conveyor photographs and washing-line footage with your rail, drainage and equipment purchasing requirements.

Compare equipment references with your project brief

Use these pig-line references to discuss the equipment section you need to purchase. Start with the visible arrangement, compare its interfaces with your measured building, then choose a new-line or retrofit solution. Pig processing on this website is a non-halal route.

These are equipment and installation references without identified customer acceptance records.

Installation photograph reference

Pig carcass conveyor installation reference: rail connections

How should a new carcass conveyor connect to the existing rail, transfer height and operator access?

Filmed equipment reference

Pig line washing and suspended-conveyor film reference

Pig pre-washing enclosure and suspended conveyor from company line footage
Cleaned still from the company pig-line film shows a pre-washing enclosure and suspended conveyor.

Where will the washing enclosure drain, and how will its suspension interface connect to upstream bleeding and downstream scalding?

From a brief to equipment scope and handover checks

  1. Brief. Define the product route and the section to buy: a new abattoir, retained-line upgrade, washing and wet-processing module, or carcass transfer into chilling. Provide the pig/carcass range, site drawing, retained equipment and measured operating requirement for the proposed section.
  2. Scope. Mark retained rails, new machinery, drains and utility connection points on the drawing. Compare what the reference actually shows with the requested equipment schedule; an overhead rail view does not establish the scope of the surrounding factory.
  3. Handover preparation. Agree installation responsibilities, equipment documentation and checks against the approved purchase scope before ordering. Keep building works, heating, wastewater treatment and refrigeration responsibilities visible alongside the mechanical interfaces.

Choose the operating route and country preparation

Follow the non-halal pig process · Review scalding and dehairing scope

For a Southeast Asian or Central Asian facility, review the intended route with the local authorities before final equipment selection. Use the country guides to prepare veterinary, site, environmental and any halal questions relevant to your project.
