Installation photograph reference
What the reference shows
This reference shows a vertical pig carcass conveyor, overhead rail and transfer chute. Use the arrangement to frame a new conveyor or retained-line retrofit inquiry: where will the carcass arrive, how will it change level, and where will it leave the supplied section? These are questions for your project brief.
This reference has no identified customer acceptance record attached.
The additional dressing-line photograph comes from the same labelled source folder. It is not a matched before-and-after view.
Compare the reference with your purchase requirement
| Your requirement to investigate | Information to supply | Technical choice to review |
|---|---|---|
| Connect to an existing rail | Survey rail level, section, supports and available approach space. | Review the conveyor entry, receiving rail and support boundary. |
| Transfer between working levels | Record the incoming and outgoing carcass positions and clearances. | Review the chute and transfer geometry with the complete suspended path. |
| Keep work positions accessible | Mark operator tasks, adjacent platforms and cleaning routes. | Check access and guarding with the proposed equipment layout. |
Site measurements and supply interfaces
Measure the entry and exit elevations from a common site datum, then record columns, beams, platform edges and maintenance access. Include the hanging arrangement and retained equipment in the survey. The photograph can orient a discussion, but the edited background cannot establish your building geometry or the original workshop condition.
Identify who supplies the conveyor, transfer components, rails and structural supports. Name the electrical connection, control interface and installation work in the proposal. Where the transfer leads toward inspection or chilling, carry the next receiving position into the drawing rather than ending the scope at the machine outline.
Inputs for an equipment quotation
- A dimensioned existing or proposed layout, rail elevations and photographs of both transfer ends.
- The animal/product range and owner's intended operating pattern for supplier design review.
- A retained/new equipment list, available services and the requested installation responsibility boundary.
Use the complete pig process to locate the transfer within the line, then compare the measured requirement with a solution scope. Pig processing here is non-halal; the reference does not describe a customer's operating route or acceptance history.
Continue the technical review
- Pig overhead rail and transfer selection
- Pig line upgrade and retrofit scope
- Chilling and dispatch interfaces
- Follow the complete process
- Choose an equipment solution
- Return to project and equipment references
- Prepare your project requirements
