Equipment and installation views
The Zhitang pig-line installation photographs show connected machinery rather than isolated product cut-outs. A stunning conveyor, twin dehairing housings and an inclined lifting section provide different views of the equipment interfaces that a buyer needs to define.
The equipment photographs include the stunning-conveyor enclosure and transfer chute, paired spiral dehairing machines, and an inclined rail with its drive arrangement. The surrounding structure and service routes help explain why a machine schedule also needs a measured interface drawing.
Questions to apply to your own plant
The questions below are a planning checklist for your purchase inquiry. Use the reference to describe your own operating tasks, retained machinery and proposed equipment boundary.
| Interface to review | Your site input | Proposal item to request |
|---|---|---|
| Stunning-to-transfer handoff | Describe the selected stunning arrangement and the next receiving station. | A coordinated exit, chute and collection arrangement. |
| Scalding-to-dehairing module | Provide the intended animal range, heating services and retained equipment. | A machine selection and transfer concept reviewed as a connected module. |
| Lifting and overhead structure | Measure rail level, available height, support positions and maintenance access. | A lift/rail interface drawing with structural responsibilities stated. |
Define the equipment and installation scope
Ask the proposal to list the selected machines, incoming and outgoing transfer points, controls and service connections. Mark which rails, supports and stations will remain. Agree separately who supplies building works, drains, electrical distribution, local lifting facilities and any refrigeration or wastewater systems.
Before installation, place the equipment schedule beside a measured plan and confirm service readiness, access for moving machinery into the building, cleaning clearance and the responsibilities for checking each interface.
Preparing a Southeast Asian or Central Asian project
Start with the intended non-halal pig process, product outlet and site layout. For a Southeast Asian or Central Asian location, include the receiving country, water and heating services, wastewater route, maintenance arrangements and the local approval questions in the brief. Use the country guidance to prepare the discussion with the relevant local advisers.
