Filmed equipment reference
What the reference shows
The selected frame shows a pig pre-washing enclosure and suspended conveying arrangement. Its accompanying film comes from the same recorded source. Use the visible section to investigate enclosure placement, collection of wash water and the incoming and outgoing suspended transfers for your own equipment inquiry.
This reference has no identified customer acceptance record attached.
Compare the reference with your purchase requirement
| Your requirement to investigate | Information to supply | Technical choice to review |
|---|---|---|
| Fit a washing section into the route | Locate the upstream bleeding outlet and downstream scalding entry. | Review enclosure position and uninterrupted transfer interfaces. |
| Collect washing water | Provide drain locations, floor conditions and the site's water services. | Coordinate collection and drainage with the local wastewater designer. |
| Retain a suspended conveyor | Measure rail geometry, hanging arrangement and existing controls. | Review the retained conveyor connection and the supplied section boundary. |
Site measurements and supply interfaces
Record rail level, enclosure access, adjacent walkways and the service corridor before placing the module on a plan. Photograph the actual upstream and downstream interfaces. Mark the water connection and collection outlet so the mechanical proposal can be reviewed alongside the drainage and wastewater design rather than as an isolated enclosure.
Ask the proposal to identify the washing enclosure, conveying connection, controls and service connection points. Separate the equipment package from building drainage, water treatment, heating and downstream scalding or dehairing machinery unless those items are expressly included. The film is a viewing reference, not a design rate or acceptance test.
Inputs for an equipment quotation
- The required washing section and whether the suspended conveying arrangement will be new or retained.
- A measured route drawing, rail/hanging details and photographs of the receiving equipment at both ends.
- Water and drainage information, cleaning access and the buyer's proposed local-works responsibility list.
Place the reference within the complete non-halal pig route, then discuss the washing module as part of a new abattoir or retrofit purchase. The photographed conveyor reference on this website is a separate evidence item, not an established view of this filmed site.
